Barbara DeUgarte, an artist working in multiple medias including oils, cold wax/oil, acrylic, watercolor, and mixed media.
She has studied art extensively since childhood with many teachers including her mother who was also an artist. She has taught art in schools as well as privately. She served on the board of the Adams County Arts Council.
Her paintings have been exhibited widely and have won a number of awards.
